Mr. Willson deploys his extensive FP&A and Data Analytics skills to optimize private equity-backed businesses. James has experience in a multitude of industries, particularly construction and technology. He leverages his expertise to turnaround distressed businesses, lead finance teams, build automated and all-encompassing cash forecasts, improve liquidity, lead annual budgets, develop operational dashboards, optimize monthly financial packages, and prepare board reports and ad-hoc analyses.

James graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Economics.

Spencer Tielens, CFA, CPA

Mr. Tielens brings extensive experience in FP&A, Accounting, and Financial Leadership. With a background spanning manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, and technology, Spencer excels in financial strategy, performance optimization, and leadership in complex, private equity-backed environments. His key expertise includes managing a variety of high-impact, private equity-backed interim CFO roles.

Spencer holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Marquette University and is a CFA and CPA.

Karan Das-Grande

Mr. Das-Grande brings extensive experience in private equity portfolio company optimization. His most recent experience includes a VP role at a leading middle-market private equity firm, where he successfully managed portfolio companies across industries such as construction and manufacturing. Karan has led growth initiatives, strategic turnarounds, and value creation efforts for private equity-backed businesses, focusing on optimizing financial performance and driving operational improvements.

Karan holds a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College.

Mrs. Baker has an extensive background in financial management and FP&A, with a focus on private equity-backed companies. She has led finance teams and strategic initiatives across industries such as food & beverage, construction, technology, and healthcare. Stacey excels in developing highly-automated and complex financial models to facilitate successful strategic decision making. Her expertise includes managing interim senior finance roles, optimizing financial models, and driving bottom-line growth.

Stacey holds an M.B.A. from the University of Houston-Victoria and a B.S. from the University of Houston

Vincent Delille, CFA

Director

Mr. Delille specializes in financial leadership and strategy, with extensive experience in the construction, technology and financial services sectors. He has held notable positions such as Director of Finance at Dorilton Capital and VP of FP&A at BlackRock where he led financial planning and analysis, driving operational and financial improvements. Vincent has served as Interim Director of FP&A for several private equity-backed companies, focusing on providing visibility to facilitate better strategic decision making.

Vincent holds a B.S. and B.A. in Finance and Consulting from the University of North Carolina and is a CFA charterholder.

Alex Paczek

Director

Mr. Paczek specializes in mergers and acquisitions, with a strong background in the healthcare and gaming industries. He has held key roles, including Mergers and Acquisitions Director at Terra Nova Partners and Director of Corporate Development at Orbis Health. Alex’s expertise includes focusing on financial strategy, reporting automation, and overall value creation private equity-backed companies.

Alex holds a B.A. in Political Science and Government from Macalester College and an M.B.A. in Investments and Securities from the University of North Carolina.

Christopher Scales

Director

Mr. Scales brings a wealth of experience from the private equity space, specializing in financial strategy and operational improvement. With a background in technology and manufacturing, Christopher has held leadership roles such as VP at Lake Capital Partners, where he drove growth and value creation for portfolio companies. His expertise lies in optimizing financial performance, managing M&A efforts, and leading turnaround strategies for private equity-backed businesses.

Christopher holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.

MICHAEL SCORZO, CPA, CFA

Director

Mr. Scorzo brings extensive experience in financial leadership, specializing in the construction and manufacturing. As a former Vice President at Palm Tree, Michael has supported value creation efforts for a variety of private equity-backed businesses through his use of Technical Accounting and FP&A optimization.

Michael holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Oakland University and is a CFA and CPA.

Taylor Vick

Mr. Vick brings strong financial leadership and supply chain expertise, specializing in the manufacturing, food & beverage, and technology sectors. In his previous role in Supply Chain Finance at Ferrara Candy Company, Taylor led financial planning and logistics initiatives, driving operational improvements. His experience includes serving as Interim Director of FP&A, where he focuses on optimizing financial strategy and performance for private equity-backed businesses.

Taylor holds a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University (Chicago).

Patrick Henry

Manager

Mr. Henry brings extensive experience in financial management, specializing in the manufacturing and food & beverage industries. In his previous role as Manager at Accenture, Patrick developed a deep understanding of financial strategy and treasury operations. His project expertise includes serving as Interim Treasury Manager, where he focused on optimizing liquidity, cash management, and financial processes for private equity-backed businesses.

Patrick graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Finance from the Kelley School of Business with High Distinction.

Trey Krivo

Manager 

Mr. Krivo has Finance and Data Analytics experience working with large, multi-national organizations. In his previous role as Senior Manager of Financial Services at Walmart, Trey led key financial initiatives, focusing on optimizing financial operations and driving business performance.

Trey graduated from The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business with a B.B.A. in Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law

Michael Schimizzi

Manager

Mr. Schimizzi has extensive experience in FP&A, Data Analytics, and Technical Accounting, with a focus on the construction, professional services, manufacturing, and medical technology industries. In his previous role at DRiV, Michael honed his expertise in financial reporting and operational improvement. He has served as Interim Director of FP&A and Interim Controller for a vriety of private equity-backed organizations, where he focuses on driving financial strategy and enhancing performance.

Michael holds a B.A. in Finance with Highest Honors from Michigan State University.

Joseph Van Eekeren, CPA

Manager

Mr. Van Eekeren is a skilled finance professional with expertise in technical accounting and financial planning & analysis. He has extensive experience in the construction, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors. In his previous role at Palfinger, Joseph developed a strong foundation in financial strategy and operational management. His project roles include serving as Interim Director of FP&A and Controller, where he has focused on optimizing financial performance for private equity-backed companies.

Joseph holds a B.S. and B.A. in Accounting, Finance, and Business Analytics from Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

ROSHAN VADERA

Mr. Vadera has Finance, Accounting, and Data Analytics experience working with primarily private equity-owned businesses. Roshan has supported a number of initiatives in sell-side support, operational dashboarding, and information technology.
