Job applications submitted through our applicant tracking system are processed by our service provider, Breezy HR.

• Email and other correspondence — the content of any messages you send to us directly.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information, including:

• Google Fonts — serves typefaces used on the Site, which involves a request from your browser to Google.
• Google Maps — embedded on the Contact page; loading the page sends information to Google.
• Breezy HR — processes applications submitted through our careers page.
• LinkedIn and other social platforms — linked from the Site; visiting those links is governed by their privacy policies.

These third parties are independent controllers of any information they collect directly from you and are governed by their own privacy policies.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including for the duration of any client or candidate relationship, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
